03 Vendor agreement

By registering as a vendor, I agree to:

  • Provide accurate information on this form.
  • Pay the required $25 vendor fee unless I am an approved exempt service provider.
  • Bring all supplies, equipment, tables, chairs, and materials needed for my vendor space unless otherwise specified by the event organizers.
  • Follow all event rules and instructions provided by The K.I.N. Foundation, Inc.
  • Keep my vendor area clean and remove all personal belongings and trash at the conclusion of the event.
  • Be responsible for my products, equipment, money, and personal property during the event.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, permits, licenses, and health/safety requirements related to my business or products.
